Safe sleep for babies
This brochure describes how you can sleep your baby to reduce the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
The safest place for your baby to sleep is a separate bed next to the parent. If you choose to co-sleep, read the advices to make it as safe as possible.
Our advice is based on strong scientific evidence and should be followed for all sleep periods, not just at night.
